1. I got the wrong size. Can I exchange my product?
We travel all around to find unique styles we hope you'll love, but we know that finding just the right fit for you can sometimes be tough. That's why we offer easy exchanges. If you're not 100% dazzled by the size you ordered —please send it back within 3 working days, and we'll take care of the rest. Sizes can be exchanged. We aim to help you get the best products suited to your needs, hence all our products come with some extra margin.
Due to the time and investment that goes into custom made products, we are unable to solicit returns for “ Made to Order” / customized products unless they are faulty or have a genuine manufacturing defect.
2. When can I exchange my product?
All exchanges are not guaranteed and will depend on the availability of the products. For any such query or intimation please share a written request via email to [email protected] with your Order Number and reason for exchange. Exchanges will be done in the following case:
- a) Genuine sizing issues . We request you to review the size guide before you choose the size. In case you need help, do not hesitate to reach us for assistance!
- b) You received an entirely different product or accidentally received the wrong order; While you exchange these conditions are important:
- a) You inform us within 2 days of the receipt of product and the return package must reach us within 7 days of product delivery
- b) The product must not have been worn, used, soiled, washed or damaged by you;
- c) Original labels and brand packing of the products are present and not torn off;
- d) You bought the product directly from us and not through any resale or a third party.
- e) An item can be exchanged only ONCE. Hence If a piece is exchanged once, you cannot get this exchanged for the second time.
- f) The item is not a FINAL SALE product.
- a) The details of the products or product specifications including delivery timelines as mentioned are only approximate values. Because products are designer made, hand woven and intricately crafted and sourced from various parts of India, there may be variations in color and embellishment of the actual product against that as shown on the website. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, whether at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings and capabilities of computer monitors and Any claim for exchange or refund due to these conditions will not be solicited.
- b) Shipping charges for any exchange of the ordered item will be borne by the customer.
- c) Shipping and handling charges paid on an ordered item are not eligible for store credit.
In case the above conditions are not met, your request may not qualify for exchange
Due to the time and investment that goes into custom made products, we are unable to accept exchange or return for customized products in any condition whatsoever may be.
3. When Can I Get a Refund on My Purchase?
Only in case your package lost in transit and hasn’t reached to you, you are eligible for refund/ reorder. Goods sold are only eligible for an exchange or store credit for future purchases provided the product meets all the terms and conditions of exchange. We are only able to credit your account for future purchases with us.
Customs duties, taxes, shipping charges are non-refundable and are non-eligible for store credit. We do not offer any damage claims on shipping, transit issues, delivery period or any other conditions outside our control.
4. Order Cancellation
Due to the amount of investment that goes in both in terms of time and money, we do not accept any cancellation. Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.
Cash On Delivery Order cannot be rejected or refused at the time of Delivery. Such rejection of COD orders makes the person blocked for any future purchase.

We are not liable for any defects during transit. We are not liable for keeping similar of different sizes products in our inventory, so you may not get an exchange that you are looking for, in this case, we will help you exchange with another product or gain credits for future purchases. We are also not liable for any loss caused due to delay in delivery of the product especially if we are uninformed of your event date. We are not liable for any delay on part of logistics. The decision to accept returns, provide refund credits, or alternate products is at the sole discretion of the company, DVibgyor Lifestyle Ventures LLP, in all cases.
